it is a very eye straining program after a few hours of looking at it. terrible ..not user friendly. desk top version is worst.

Convenient for work at home situations or evening dispatching however, most often errors are given on my Huawei P 20 mate pro and the little yellow monster that appears becomes the bane of my existence, time stamps showing as 6:00pm everything every day compared to this desktop version is frustrating in regards to reviewing info if not near a desktop. I concur with others and if it could mirror more features and take the error s that occur down about 80%, I would give it a higher valuation.

LANDSCAPE MODE FOR TABLETS PLEASE. I'm trying to use this in a professional environment at my desk with a keyboard! I'm not going to rip my tablet out of its keyboard case and haphazardly prop it portraitwise just to get work done. I was hoping this would have been a viable alternative to the miserable Metro App in the Windows Store, but I'm disappointed by your software yet again...

This is by far the best digital dispatch software I have seen and/or used over the years. I highly recommend it for anyone that works with motor clubs. Makes our mom and parks seem like a large operation. Saves tons of time with billing and payroll.

Galaxy S9. Was working fine last week. Now app won't open. Crashes instantly. Have uninstalled and installed at least 4-5 times and sent feedback with each crash. Please fix ASAP, please!!

I work for a roadside provider. I use a Galaxy note 8 cant even get to login screen. it only takes me to the opening scene, an dose not go pass it..I will like it fixed please so I can do my job, an not miss calls I will gave it more stars when its fixed..
