Incorrectly registered my mobile number. Someone just adds anybody's mobile number to their account and that person(me) starts receiving unwanted messages of their bills and updates. You need to provide OTP based verification and not just register anyone's number without their consent. Very bad support on the website as their chat system doesn't seem to be working. How can you register a mobile number that is not even in the same STATE?????? Correct this and I will remove my low rated review.

Why the app is not updating the used unit per day as we have to pay it before use. Its prepaid and I am not able to check my used unit daily. .If the app is not prepared for use for public properly the govenrmet shuold not launch it for the people. Kindly do the needful.

Upto May, 2020, it was very good. I used it easily last two years. but after updating in June 2020, it is not working at all. There must be a bug in your updated version. So, please rectify the problem.

1). No Rebate given to Prepaid Users . Offer of Rebate is false . 2). Previously there was a single App for Smart Meter and Bill payment. Now you have to download 2 Apps . It is TECHNICAL DOWNGRADATION - which is a shame for Developers.

Once installed, after providing CA number and mobile number, clicking on save option application stop functioning and afterwards it is not opening. Worst app experience.. it is not worth it for single star..

Marvellous !!!! Very convenient to use !!!! Easy interface !!! One thing that I badly misses is one facility i.e. option of getting bill details of past months. It doesn't have the facility providing bill details of past months. Please, add this feature too.
