Im not happy im trying to log in its saying wrong password or email but l save everything in my google account im checking the passwd its the one l put so l dnt know the problem even if l say forgot password it cant reset

There seem to be no professional people connected to this app and service. No legitimate contractors or service providers will give estimate on property maintenance work without first seeing property. The Bark lead service make sure you never get address to property so you can go by and veiw it or even street view on Google maps. How do you expect us to give accurate estimate without that. It is very unprofessional. It is how people scam contractors and service personal. I paid $92.00 for what?

Has improved slightly by asking customers to supply more information, but there are an awful lot of fake job leads maybe 7 out of 10 are fake, which ends up costing the tradesmen way to much which of course eats into the tradesmens profits. In short it's not worth it.

Bark is good but changed from 3 to 1 star is because I am not happy and still frustrated at the fact that I am spending so much money to buy these credits and lot of times people are looking for local services (I provide remote tax filing all over the US). Bark needs to add mandatory option when people are submitting requests if they are looking for local tax Preparer. I even pay for Elite Pro but biggest issue is people choose remote or online consultation but when you call them they say local

If you are looking for leads, do NOT purchase leads from this company. It's a total waste of time and money. They banned my account after, I asked about a credit refund because the phone number of the potential customer did not work. Their staff was also very rude and shouted and used an aggressive tone of voice. Don't waste your time and money with them. They don't care about their customers, they only care about getting your money.

I just signed up but to log in the are now asking me for a password which l never set. Now my issue is located can't log in to update my profile and you sending me a link to reset my password how can l reset what l have not set. However l see messages on my email but how do l login. Please improve it in making it simple.
