Simple. Not laggy. Good. You can pretty much do everything you can do on the website👍. But there really isn't much you can do to actually control your subscription. I find it strange that you can't pause your subscription from within the app or website. To be a trustworthy subscription, I feel like you should make your subscriptions easier to control without reaching out to customer service.

HELPFUL& REACHABLE STAFF!! Picked the wrong subscription, I texted the team for help to switch. They replied within 5minutes, asked for my email, put me on the heavy chewer subscription immediately w/ the $7 toy, I said pls take that off, it was immediately taken off!! Extremely pleased with my first experience! @HannahLee is who helped me! Barkbox keep her on ur team!!

App works great. Barkbox in general has absolutely incredible customer service, my sisters dog ended up being too much for the toys, but your average pup should do just fine. Theres a lot of variety and customization options in the toys. Highly highly recommended barkbox.

Very good toys & treats!!! I have pit & he loves all the toys & he is hard to please. Plus very good customer service even when i was wrong! Very understanding people!!!! The money is further it!!!

Great app and a great product. I love that I can adjust my subscription from my phone, along with checking shipping on my pup's boxes and stuff like that! I'm glad that BarkBox finally has an Android app!
