As soon as I updated into rbp 3.O product price lists went gone. it was quite helpful to just get the purchasing price via 6 digit code without wasting too much time on finding the bill here and there for purchase price . Now we reatiler face very inconvenience regarding pricelist and all . And don't know why u guys have removed this product section From your app . Please fix this problem as soon as possible 🙏.

Worst application. I didn't understand why they are updating their app. The app is not working properly even after all these updates. I can't even search any products in the app and also the points is not getting updated.

The details provided are wonderful... Still, can be improved. The app is quite slow while it gets started and is irritating at times. Apart from this, the ongoing program is good, but the points like loyalty bonus and some other points are not updated on timely basis. Also, the rewards available to be redeemed are well below the expectation levels, the available options should be increased. Tbh, not satisfied with the range of options available for the points I have accumulated.

App is not working. Current version is 5.8, while when we open the app, asked for update to 5.7, please tell how to degrade the version?

Very bad experience,app is very slow,and not improving from long time.

User interface with the app is good and easy but app performance is not so satisfactory. Earned points are not update quickly. It is taking more than 4 days. Comming to program, It was good. But gifts are not delivered in a proper time. I had reached 4000 points in aug 2018 and redeem printer. Now almost 2½ months were gone. But till yet i have not recieved the gift.
