absolutely trash. Got assigned to a shift last Thursday. after clocking in and out of the shift. it never reflected I worked. Called customer service. They advised there was an issue with the app. Not only did the issue not get resolved. I never got paid and they never returned my phone call. multiple calls. Do not use this app. Nothing has been smooth about this process. customer service is trash. I repeat. This app is waste of your time

I changed it from 5 star to a one star the app has been glitching out and the suspended me for issues with the late withdrawals this is the 2nd time this has happened. And it's truly frustrating the customer service keeps saying that they have been lenient with me over this issue when it's not even my issue it was the apps issue. I have spent almost 24hrs straight trying to resolve this issue with them. They have been extremely unprofessional and rude! Please don't waste your time 😭

App is horrible. Won't open and said I have no data connection despite being connected to Wi-Fi or cellular. If it does open, the app is slow and the search function doesn't work. There are never any jobs open even if I check everyday but then in the history it will show past jobs that I was never able to see even when I was checking the day they were posted.

I was unable to sign up because the confirmation text wouldn't send, I assumed it was a bug so I uninstalled, then re-installed the app, to try again, only to get an alert saying my number had been used too many times? Spoke with support, outcome the same. Conclusion: the app needs more work on the tech side good idea, but poor execution. Only one chance at a 1st impression. Left a bad taste, and I love bacon. Pity. Uninstalled.

Idea is great. Execution is great when it works. The app is pretty and has everything you would need but it's always slow and crashing. Constantly force closing to use. Adjusting my time to make sure my shift was recorded properly took almost 10 minutes. 6 taps should take 2 minutes tops. There are times when I refresh listings and then a job pops up then I go back to the main screen and it disappears then I refresh again and it reappears. Hard to find work but maybe that's due to oversaturation

Problematic From the Start I downloaded the app today, had to close the app 5 times just to pass the onboarding quiz. It's only 7 questions, after I got to the 6th question, it closed 5 different times. Now that I've finally passed the quiz, it's saying I need to retake it. This was a waste of time. There's plenty of other apps that do the same thing, with a better system in place. Hope this helps.
