Works well, although I have experienced issues where the ACC5 Gateway has required reboot on rare occasions. A better PTZ control interface would be most welcome, as the direction arrows don't give a very precise means of operating the camera (setting the presets and using them helps a lot). Occasionally slow to load the cameras even when connected to the same LAN. All in all, pretty darn good, but there's always room for improvement.

The avigilon software on computer is the best security VMS I have used, but I must say this app is a disappointment and unusable. The frame rate and resolution is horrible. I resort to forwarding ports for my cams so that I can use the native hikvision app for live viewing while using avigilon for recording and motion detection. I pay for avigilon and I have contacted their support about this app, submitted logs etc, they verified my setup is working as intended. Lack of updated mobile app is frustrating.

Pathetic application, especially for the money. Does not work, constantly having to upgrade the server software. Spent a lot of money on the system - to deal with this garbage app. Would not recommend or buy ever again.

Not that intuitive, having to got to edit to added cameras etc. No access to PTZ presets considering it's pretty much a given as a requirement for remote access of cameras.

The app worked fine before I got a new Samsung S8 + Phone. Same app version. Cannot review recorded video on my phone. Don't know the issue it still works on my old phone.

The app never worked on my cellphone. It continues trying to establish the connection forever and never got connected. Horrible.
