App updated from 10.0.0.5.222 to 10.0.0.5.223 and VOIP doesn't work. It was fine on .222. and the changes to the indicators was a bad idea, they don't make sense now. Instead of the indicator showing red, yellow, or green, it's simply white. Can't hardly tell if your connected or not. Remove this update and put .222 back until the next update works. Using Google pixel 3.

This last update crashes the connectivity, it showes partially connected. Remeove this update otherwise we look for another solution to keep our communication up and running.

I really wish we used a different phone server system, absolutely everything about Avaya has been poor quality and this software is no exception. I use it mostly for helping diagnose problems with our phone server as it's useless for making calls with unless I stand perfectly still to avoid disconnection.

Avaya one-X Mobile Preferred for IP Office is an easy-to-use software application that securely extends unified communications to Smartphone for mobile workforce. It is designed to give mobile users quick access to productivity enhancements features such as Instant Messaging (IM), mobile presence, geo-presence, visual voicemail, conference call controls and delivers cost savings by routing mobile calls through enterprise dialing feature.
Major Features:
• Integrated VoIP client (requires IP Office 9.0 or higher)
• Secure Signaling and Media for VoIP with certificate validation (requires IP Office 9.1 or higher)
• Presence and Instant Messaging with server-side buddy lists, server-managed user groups and client-side IM history
• Visual Voicemail (VM) with ability to play voicemail messages and manage your VM messages from the mobile application
