Outstanding This is the only app which allows PST files (e.g., Outlook mail/contacts archive files, comparable to a Gmail MBOX archive) to be viewed on Android. It works. The app does need its time to complete its initial indexing of the PST file(s) (and the time will obviously depend on the size of the file to be indexed), but once that's done, it's superquick, effective and bug-free. Well done!

On Samsung Tab S6 with index file on internal storage, it is not able to find any .pst file on internal / SD card. Not allowed to manually add .pst file.

Works perfectly. I made the initial mistake of placing the index file in the same folder as the pst file. A few problems: 1. Emails in sub-folders with the same name are moved the first occurance of that named sub-folder 2. Folders are not listed in any order. Would be useful to sort them. 3. Ability to compress/expand branches of folders 4. When exiting an email, the display navigates to the top of the email tree instead of to the same sub-folder the email came from. Could be a great app.

Almost but not quite. I backup my Outlook data file to my phone daily but ViewIt Lite renames/deletes the Outlook file so I have to reload and re-index the file every day as well as get rid of the old ones. Not sure if it is worth paying for the full version.

Great idea. It would very handy if it worked. The note says not to change from the indexing screen but nothing happened for an hour, except I'm staring at 4 zeroes on the screen. Perhaps some pst's work better than others.

Total rubbish. i set it to index my PST file and after 2 hours it had made no progress at all. A total waste of time. I am glad I didn't pay for it.
