About this app

The avaMoM app helps in scheduling a meeting , setting up roles in meeting , managing meeting minutes and tracking the action items to closure with notifications.

The app helps us to organise meetings or discussions . The participants can be directly added from our phone contacts or specifically register in the app .
A meeting is set up inviting participants, setting up agenda and notifications are sent to the users. The minute taker is also set while scheduling the meeting. Notifications are sent to the participants before the meeting . The discussion points are translated to Action Items and assigned to participants with a Target date. Email notifications on the same are sent to the responsible participants.
