fix for password not working is to log in on a web page 1st, or on a PC then it logs in with the app. it's clearly a bug but that seems the work around

No support. My team doesnt correspond to the one I've set up in the app. Tried calling and no one answers the phone or my emails. Such a shame as I've used these conference apps before and they can be really powerful.
