A little wonky to get dealer's license as a non-owner. Still haven't got it done due to the way this site operates. Too complicated. Needs to be reprogrammed from top to bottom. Just start over. I really want a refund for my employer who paid $99 for a year's membership, or just fix my problem and give credit for the time Inhavn't been able to register properly due to this wonky app. Will gladly up my rating if they make it work for me.

Can't get to birth date . to time consuming

Not able to get past creating a user name and password. When entering my birth date it does not have a drop down box for the year, so you have to press the back button on the calendar, which takes awhile when you have some age on you. Finally got everything entered and it told me it could not create an account right now to try again later.

I can log in, which is better than some I see. with no way to view my current roles, the app is pretty useless to me. And the mobile version of Chrome gets an unsupported browser message when trying to access the site. Makes checking my information difficult.

Location has to be on all the time with this app. If you have it set to location on only while using app you cannot use the digital card. Insane. Like I don't have enough draining my battery and tracking me as it is.

Terrible app. Takes several tries to login. Once logged in, won't display my digital ID card, keeps giving me error code 500. Customer service was no help either. They made uninstall and reinstall the app on my Android phone.... Still the same bad results!
