Unable to connect to CR. Tried all possible methods.

I never wanted this app. No idea from where the notification of this app kept popping every 5 mins annoying me. So thought of installing and downgrading so it wont advertise Google play to get into Android phones and keep advertising l.

After entering Url of cr it is not taking me anywhere. I access client network using Cisco connect and my pda is connected to Cisco connect. My cr is on 11.3.1. Any clue on how to proceed. Am giving 4 stars as this is a sign of significant improvement and hoping to see other apps soon.
