After trying three times during registration I never did receive a confirmation code, but it registered me without it anyway. There seems to be some missing features that are in similar apps such as adding favourite places, to make it quicker and easier to book to those places. Also the ability to specify a tip rate and wheelchair access.

This app is slow. It doesn't allow me to book ahead despite the option for selecting a time. At every attempt it dispatches a taxi immediately. This has to be tweaked

Worked fine until the recent update... Now just sticks on searching screen, even tho I still get booking and dispatch texts anyway... Was much easier before it got flashy

cant update there customers if a taxi is running late you book in advance and they never turn up on time the app is useless please sort it as it will lose you customers
