Horrible experience i must say. The app is extremely slow, so after a 5 minute of use I delete it

Be aware! I bought a car in April 2019 from Auto1. The car had a lot of expensive damages that were not mentioned in the auction description and were hidden on the auction images. Auto1 does not agree to cover any of them. They hide behind their terms of service, that basically says they are not responsible for anything. So part of their business model is to sell cars intentionally hiding defects and damages. I advise strongly against doing any business with Auto1.

I bought 3 cars and two of them were with serious defects(no photo or description for this defects) . Auto1 does not assume any responsability for that. They promise vouchers that do not cover half of the damage and you cannot use them :( because they have a lot of conditions. I'm disappointed after doing business with auto1! Do not do business with auto1.

Not serious company at all I had bought car from them , in description they said it has no problems. when I receive it , it had technical damage and the cost to fix it it was more than the car price . And also the transport took 2 months to arrive . In description said between 10-15 working day .

Let's take this example:orange button instant buy now 7000euro, blue send other offer.I can send an offer for any value, but i will send for 6000euro, later is reffused with message ^offer to low^. in the next day the car is moved to 24h offer but ends without buyer.Next, auction is again orange+blue but i'm not allowed anymore to make an offer even if my offer can be higher than previous(6000) or even if the orange new price is lower now than 7000 and maybe lower than 6000.WHY i can't re-offer?

app is ok ,cars are not as advertising! i bought 2 cars one came with mechanical problem and the other one came and it has some defects and it was repainted with bad quality
