This is the official mobile app for the National League of Cities Risk Information Sharing Consortium (NLC-RISC).

App Features:

Timeline: The interactive timeline provides a private social network where conference attendees can post messages and photos to ignite conversations about their conference experience, view other attendees as they join, and view live Twitter feeds.

People: View all attendees that have checked in at the conference and view their profile and contributions to the Timeline.

About: Provides an overview of each conference.

Webview: View the NLC-RISC website event page without leaving the mobile app.

Schedule: Browse the schedule of events for each day and view session details, including presentation materials. Select events to create a personalized agenda.

Speakers: View a detailed profile for each speaker featured at the conference, including photo, bio and contact information.

Hotel Map: Allows you to view maps of the conference venue by floor/level to help you locate conference sessions and events.

City Map: Enables you to view the event venue and the local area surrounding the conference.

Twitter: View all the tweets related to the conference and tweet directly from your app having all the relevant #hashtags and @handles added automatically.

Other Features:

Attendee Profile: Build your profile manually or pull from existing social networks. All attendee information is searchable within the app to help facilitate networking. You may also message an attendee individually to interact in a more private manner.

Notes: Capture ideas, impressions and reminders using the Notes feature. Tag speakers, sessions, or even other peers to the notes for easy reference. Export your notes to a favorite app or email them to yourself or others.
