No doubt fan performance and quality is very good. But because of the poor app developed it's very lowly rated. High time at least to wake up now and fix all the basic functional bugs. Your language through mail response is different to that from here. You hardly cared respond to my mail after I have taken the extra effort in writing to you. When you don't give respect to reply then you also don't expect the feedback on your app. You asked to share my number through mail but you never called.

This app is un developed so difficult to pair. just install Smart Life and add the fan in it so you can easily connect with alxa and Google assistant. They have good user interface also you can update the fan firmware from this app.

I give it a 2.4Ghz wifi network and password, it simply times out. Useless app. Oh and their physical remote doesn't look like it'll last.

Unable to add my fan 2016 model, actually it got problem I requested for repiar but no one responding I tried to request again from app but there is no such option to add my fan to my devices

OTP received when I tried multiple times on the other day.. The manual which comes along with the product is useless (the Wi-Fi connection method is incorrect). But I received detailed steps by email from support team. With those steps wifi connected and finally it worked.. Great!! Support is good..
