The laptop build quality of ASUS products is terrible. My laptop display has stopped working after just 1.5 years. I had an extended warranty, so I hoped to get it fixed soon. However the MyASUS app makes it very difficult to file a warranty claim, connect to technical support or even just find a repair center. Most of the services on the app either don't work, provide unambiguous unhelpful information, and do seem to slow down the phone

Downloaded app yesterday to register a new product. Took about 3 tries as it kept stating "Server not responding. Please try later". And have also been trying online chat with the same server message since last night. Tried about 20 times. Why have an app when it clearly does not work 🙄
