I am a caregiver in my late 20s, and tech savvy. This app is far from user friendly. You are unable to efficiently edit your clock ins/outs, let alone one's own name. When I reached out to customer support, I was sent on loop after loop, before even speaking with an actual agent. Once I did, they took down my information and hours and assured me they would correct them. This took quite some time. After we hung up, I checked the app to see if things had been edited. They had not. Awful app.

It sucks. Design is stupid. Can't get logged in . Kicks me out constantly. Then I have to reset password 3 times to get in.

Can't log in anymore (it's been weeks). Customer service can't get me into the app either. Went from a 5 star app to 2. Excellent app when it worked though.

App was working for the last few months no problem all of a sudden its not even letting me in says app stop working. Tried reinstalling it clocked me in but want let me in app. Why give us something that dont work right?
