This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Act with Assurance on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. At time of incident or test, an Incident Responder should never need to ask, “What am I supposed to do?” As a Coordinator in the Command Center, backed by your continuity data in Assurance CM’s single, integrated platform, you have the power to orchestrate an event, communicating in real-time with “boots on the ground” responders as to the prioritized, time-sensitive tasks to be performed for continuing operations. Armed with the ‘Act with Assurance’ mobile app, connect Responders to tasks, as they in turn provide you updates that feed back to the Command Center, bringing you and your teams together at just the right time by facilitating better communication while recovering.

Use of this app requires a current Assurance CM subscription with Castellan Solutions.
