Defective app. Starts recording trip in the middle of the trip as you are on the highway and considers it as fast exceleration and/or speeding. Bad service has a deal in this defective app as well. I have cricket and they are about as reliable as sand under the foundation of a house.

There's no point of downloading this app. You can't fix a payment you can schedule a payment or anything. It's just an invasive app to watch how you drive an the company find a way to charge you extra.

Have not been able to pay my bill in the app in like 3 months have reported the issue on the app then went to pay online and it won't allow me to pay online or thru the 24 hour payment and my insurance is due in a couple days

This App will not load. All updates are downloaded The app is very slow. Any time I open the app, it's loading. Never finishes loading before the app closes its self. Reopen the app and it's loading. I would love to see what all the features are. It has been 4 days now of loading and updating.

Yes it would be nice to have an app linked to your insurance. But what's the point if you can't even use it to make a payment!!!!! Ridiculous! They claim you can pay online or by phone 24HRS- YOU CAN DO NEITHER!!!! This is my first time using this company and it's looking like my last. What kind of insurance company doesn't have at least a 24 hou phone line? Even if it's an answering service. I guess wrecks don't happen after 5pm or on weekends.
