This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing OfeliaSmart on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. OfeliaSmart is a communication application enabling personal safety, alerts, and messaging for mobile staff. The app empowers staff with increased personal safety and faster response time to critical and non-critical events.

With this application, mobile staff:
- Can trigger personal alarm in case of attack or in the event of illness.
If necessary, the app can detect automatically a situation and trigger the alarm for the staff.
Location is provided with any such alarm to faster the emmergency response.
- receive 2-way interactive messages for events generated by multiple alarming systems such as Fire detection, Building management, NurseCall and many others.

To utilize OfeliaSmart, a customer must have previously purchased and installed Ascom Ofelia middleware with connectivity to specific alarming systems.
