Every day I have to install this app for attendance.. Bec when I give attendence n when I open this app it showing code of conduct.. When I fill it.. It again showing the code of conduct filling format.. What is the solution

I am using this Smiles app everyday to Punch my Attendance but suddenly stop Working. I redownload but not able to Open after downloading it. So( LOP) today. If I didn't Punch it Lost of Pay.😂 The World is not Fair.
