This app is absolutely abysmal. I've been logged out multiple times for no apparent reason. You don't get any progress updates on maintenance, they just say "in progress" even if you'd had a notification saying it's complete. You can't access maintenance issue messages within app even though you get a notification saying you've been sent them. It's a slow, unresponsive mess. Any letting company reading this use anything else

Sort the image uploading out FFS. Everytime I try to upload a picture, it wipes everything I've just written. Some issues take upto 10 minutes to type out the when I try to add a picture, the app either wipes what I just written or closes altogether. Has happened at least 5 times this year. I've even complain via the app itself and yet nothing changes

Bad app. You can't download your documents or email them to yourself. They are essentially stuck on the app. You can't use it on the pc either so can't get around it that way and download onto the pc. You get locked out of the app too.

Absolutely terrible, possibly one of the worst apps i have ever tried to use. I can't login so i tried to reset the password that then takes me to a page telling me to downlaod the app which i already have done twice.....the ironic thing is this app is there to make things easier with regards to maintenance etc but all it does is get in the way, frankly the creators should be embarrassed.
