New update claim process too slow... When we click the photo it takes around 3 seconds to capture.. and overall claim process too slow... Please fix this

I wish i could give minus stars. Data are not real time. Outstanding doesnot match from there own sap data. No option to adjust credit note or debit note in payment. No option to select date range for downloading account statement. No scroller bar is there in outstanding to page up and down. When tyre is rejected in claim, it doesnot show the reason. No credit debit notes or advance payment shows in outstanding. Worst app. Better close this app.

Useless App. Earlier one was much much better. Not even used atleast for single purpose. You CAN'T ' pay bill, place order, check stock availability, check outstanding, invoice status, offtake status, account statement, invoice history, nothing at all. Can't understand the purpose of this useless appl. Transparency of brand becomes big issue with such thing which is been unable to resolved almost a month. Plz update stock availability option & invoice copies pdf print option for dealers asap.

Application hangs abruptly as soon as it is opened. This is happening on Samsung F41 device. Disappointed with this annoying bug, which isn't allowing me to access this application. This seems like device specific bug(based on other comments), which is really absurd. Please fix this ASAP

Every time after the update app we are thrown out of the app it's not working properly and we are not getting sms of the billing and all

Easy to use and to do new orders and their payments. But still there are some features (like how outstanding works and there are some other features too which are just not normal for all sites ) that i dont understand how to use them so please attach documentation for them so we can fully understand the functionality.
