اذا كنت عميل فتستطيع ان تعرض مشكلتك او قضيتك لمحامي محدد انت تختاره، أو ان تعرض قضيتك لجميع المحامين بحيث ترى اكثر من رد من أكثر من محامي ، وحفاظا على خصوصيتك ننصحك باختيار محامي محدد. في التطبيق بإمكانك ان تختار المحامي حسب عنوانه في اي مدينة يتواجد أو أي دولة او عنوانه على الخارطة، وكذلك بإمكانك ان تختار المحامي حسب تخصصه.
ايضا كعميل بإمكانك ان تقيم اجابة المحامي من خمسة نجوم بحيث تعطي فكرة للآخرين عن جودة عمل المحامي ونرجو ان يكون التقييم صحيح ومطابق للواقع ، و سيتم مراجعة التقييمات وستؤثر في ترتيب المحامي و مدى ظهوره.
ايضا كمحامي ، ننصحك بأن تقدم أفضل خدمة ممكنة لطالب الاستشارة و ان تقدمها بأمانة و اخلاص حتى تحصل على تقييم يليق بجودة عملك ، وبعون الله سيكون هذا التطبيق عبارة عن مكتب لك موجود في فضاء الانترنت لتجتذب منه اشخاص بحاجة الى خدماتك .
ادارة التطبيق قد تتدخل احيانا بحذف المحامين ذوي التقييمات السيئة، او حذف المحتوى غير المناسب ، ونرجو منك تبليغنا عن أي محتوى غير مناسب، وسوف نقوم بتحديث التطبيق بما يحقق افضل خدمة ممكنة للعميل و المحامي.
أخيرا ، لقد بذلنا اقصى جهدنا ان نخرج هذه التطبيق بأفضل صورة ممكنة و لكن لأن لا عمل يرقى للكمال و لأننا نحب ان نسمع رأيك ، فنتمنى منك ان تراسلنا بأي تعديل او مقترح على هذا التطبيق ، أو أي قصور لا سمح الله ، فنحن كلنا اذان صاغية لسماع رأيك حول التطبيق ،فاذا رأيت منا عمل طيب فلا تنسانا من الشكر وان رأيت منا أي قصور فلا تحرمنا من النصيحة .
