This app is possibly the worst to navigate. I wrote an email to get a copy of my original service agreement back in June and have never received a response. Now I am trying to get ahold of them via the app to give them instructions for my next scheduled appointment, and I can't seem to figure out how to take care of this. The app won't let me do this. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix this so the "common person like me" can take care of services you are supposed to have on your app! I am giving you one star because I can't give you anything less than that.

Possibly the worst customer service app ever. Won't let me schedule a reservice. Doesn't recognize the last service date. Won't send email. Won't record feedback. I'm honestly not sure why it exists - it's the app that won't app correctly. Not sure who Aptive oursoutced this to, but they ought to get their money back. Edit: 8/15/20 How in the name of Peter, Paul, and Mary did you manage to make an app that is actually less user friendly than the previous iteration? Seriously, get a refund.

So allegedly the app has been down for months, but the company failed to mention this to its customers. Sad!

App will not run without granting permission to all personal files and location. It doesn't let you copy paste passwords from a password manager. A lot of the marketing is based around the convenience of the app, so some improvements need to be made here.

I have booked reservice multiple times via the app. No one showed up. There is no way of contacting customer service. The message option also does not seem to work. This app is a waste. The company itself is not much of standards.

Service scheduling via app does not work. Had to call customer service to actually get an appointment scheduled. App does provide good data on history, but main functionality for scheduling a sevice is nonfunctional and there is no confirmation after submitting.
