Started with this app because my employer told us that we had to use it. So, down loaded the app, created profile, and tried to use it a month later. Had a user error issue (I was an idiot). Though my company had not fully exploited this app, it does have potential. The customer service was spot on and answered a lot of my questions add well as provided documentation that was sorely lacking from my company. I will be interested to see how this app works when my company fully applies it.
