Email app is one of the greatest apps in apptivo which is easy to keep track of all emails together in this one app.You can compose a new Email, or quick create an email using email templates. You can design email templates, to make your email look standardized rather than sending plain text. You'll be able to provide a customized message with dynamic attributes. You always have the option to modify this text when sending an email, but you can also set up pre-configured templates that can be used with just a click. Building an email template is the easiest way to send an email.
Message templates contain an email subject, and body text. But, this body text can contain information about the opportunity/customer, called a token or attribute. It also contains the various themes for the template, which can easily send an email with a theme of the template. When an user selects the email template, the text editor pre populates the content and the attachment.
Emails scheduling can be crisp in CRM apps like Contacts, Customers, Leads and Opportunities. Inbox, Drafted and Sent mails will be shown in the “Emails App”.
Here you can view the inbox mails from where you are able to receive all mails across all apps, drafts manages all drafted mails and all sent mails has been stored under sent mails.
While composing a new mail, you can associate with other apps and also you can add the tags according to your business requirements.
Get an alert pop up that can remind you when a new email has been received from all apps by configuring the reminder settings which allows to remind you through the notification banner. While sending an email, we can add the tags and easily associate with other objects such as contacts, customer, leads et al.
You can easily compose a mail with just a click by selecting an email template which has been created earlier. You can configure it using create email template option which was found under settings option. We can easily edit the text in the email template while composing a mail.
Emails app can be associated with other objects such as CRM, Human resources, project management et al. When creating a new mail, You can associate with other apps as per your business requirements. Simultaneously, you can attach the documents along with the sending email using the icon which is located at the app header bar.
You can configure the notification settings for getting an alert when receiving a new mail in Email app. In order to separate the Email app from activity, there is a easy and simple way to send an email. The predefined emails which helps you to send an email with a click and it also allows to edit the text, attach the documents, add the tags, associate with apps while composing a mail.
You can send the email template rather than send a plain text.
In the Apptivo Email app, you can send a mail within a second using the template option. You can create a number of templates as per your business utilities.
Once created the template, you will be able to edit the changes. You can enable or disable the template, if required. While creating a mail, you can attach or remove the documents, change or discard the associated objects, add or ignore the tags according to your business necessities.
