They offer double data, and free midnight browsing which is cool, but the network goes off often. Its frustrating that they can interrupt your business meetings and work because of the constant fluctuations in the network. The app takes minutes to open. Whoever is in charge should fix those network issues and app functionality. You don't want customers complaining always, we have other options.

To open the app has been a serious battle. I've to uninstall then reinstall before I can access the app. I've a relative network at home but I got the device for office use. Can you imagine that spectranet network is zero in federal secretariat Abuja? Very horrible, please do something positive. Thanks

Terrible App that has suddenly refused opening. I have to keep uninstalling it over and over again to be able to gain access,wonder if i'm the only person experiencing this. 😡😡😡

They have very poor customer service people. I mistakenly chose a wrong plan and immediately called in. One service officer promised to help me resolve after waiting for resolution till the next day, i called in only to be told by another officer that what i was requesting (correction of plan) was impossible. I threatened to abandon the device and the lady did not even care. She did not see the big picture that the customer is the reason for the job. I have since abandoned the device.

I am making this feedback because i am fed up with your stupid app. Everything about it is complicated and unreasonable. Online, there's a myriad of plans to choose from where as your app only shows 4 options. The option to chat with the stupid Eva never works and is on an endless loop. What exactly does your IT unit do; because if you have one, they surely are a redundant lot.

Unable to connect to my shop spectranet after subscribing and no means to contact spectranet for help even the live chat and support in this app is not working. I wonder how a company that doesn't collect feedback or have good customer care, will be abe to grow in a world of competition ? If you are not reliable, we will move to other internet companies that cares & value their customers
