Formerly a great app, latest version ( Aug 2020). Now it crashes on launch on Android 7 even. Only option is to " close app." Fix this, unacceptable for a good company.

It was working fine. Now it wont recognize my email and password at all like everyone else. I removed and reinstalled app to try that with no success. Yes it is on the most recent update. Please fix this soon. I prefer to pay bill on the app. Also if the app could keep your payment options memorized, that woild be great. Its a bit frustrating to have to type in my card number every time

Worthless. Cannot get app to work. Unistalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work. This is the lates edition too

worked for a while now it keeps saying account not found,cant reset password continues to say email not found,uninstalled it.2/11/2019!!Update it's working again installed new version as instruction given by support team,was able to find my account back on hope it last because it's so easy to pay from app instead of going online,or over phone long wait,thank for fixing so quickly.

The app won't load anything. Just perpetually says "please wait while we wait for network connectivity", despite me being online. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won't load. Don't bother downloading.

This app is horrible. Its freezes up and throws you out and that's on the rare occasion if it let's you log in at all.
