Using BlueStacks

The app doesn't start off well. The Home menu wraps the word Home on two lines. The city council page is out of date and the news simply is just the mobile view of the PV website. The intent of this app was for me to use the report issues function, which just kept crashing whenever it tried to launch the camera.
