Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Appius Telegestion on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

APPIUS Télégestion est une application de pointage par téléphone mobile permettant à vos salariés de
- Pointer au début et à la fin de leur intervention
- De consulter leur planning directement depuis leur mobile
- D’échanger des messages de service avec leur hiérarchie

Appius Télégestion fonctionne indifféremment avec l’une ou l’autre de ces deux technologies
- Tags NFC (RFID) : Pour pointer, le salarié approche son téléphone du tag NFC installé sur le lieu de l’intervention. Ce système inviolable permet de garantir la présence du salarié sur le lieu de l’intervention
- Tags 2D (QR Code) : Pour pointer, le salarié lit un tag 2D installé sur le lieu de l’intervention.

Appius Télégestion s’interface avec les principaux éditeurs de logiciels du marché vous permettant ainsi de collecter vos pointages directement en temps réel dans votre application métier. Pour les structures ne disposant pas de logiciel, un extranet vous permet de consulter les pointages de vos salariés.

APPIUS Télégestion est particulièrement adapté aux sociétés confrontées au besoin de faire pointer leurs salariés itinérants sur leurs lieux d’intervention (aide à domicile, nettoyage industriel, gardiennage, transport …)

Des modules additionnels permettent de mettre en œuvre des systèmes d’alertes par SMS, appel vocal ou par mail afin d’avertir vos équipes d’encadrement en cas de pointage non effectué (absence d’un salarié sur le lieu d’intervention ou vérification de la sortie d’un travailleur isolé).
