Downloaded this app to register for product warranty but couldn't register after filling in all informations required. Upon clicking the Submit button, nothing happens. It doesn't tell if the registration is successful or not. So I'm not sure if the product is registered for warranty

Failed to register for the extra six months warranty via Shimona apps. (1) Did not receive activation code via h/p (2) Successfully registered through the Shimono Malaysia website but failed login to Shimono apps (3) email customer service seeking help but didn't hear from them. Helpless......
