Η εταιρεία ιδρύθηκε το 1970 από τον Γεώργιο Μπαλαντίνα και εδρεύει στην Ιτέα, Καρδίτσας. To 2003 μεταφέρεται σε ιδιόκτητες εγκαταστάσεις συνολικής έκτασης 3 στρεμμάτων. Το 2012, η εταιρεία επέκτεινε τους αποθηκευτικούς της χώρους για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της. Το αντικείμενο της είναι η εμπορία και διανομή τροφίμων και ψιλικών σε μίνι μάρκετ, περίπτερα και κυλικεία.

Από το 2004 η εταιρεία συνεργάζεται με την Chipita για την περιοχή της Καρδίτσας. Το 2008 ξεκινάει συνεργασία με την Perfetti Vanmelle για σχεδόν ολόκληρη την περιοχή της Θεσσαλίας. Αποτελεί διανομέα για την Kraft-Jacobs στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Λάρισας, Τρικάλων και Καρδίτσας.
