After 11 years of dealing with your site, this is the best you could do? Really wish you could do something usable. FINALLY got to pay bill page, WHY are prior two paid bills available to pay again? Why can't I see my bill history no matter what? In 11 years, NOTHING has improved. Your site and app are EXTREMELY USER UNFRIENDLY!!! Wanted email notify instead of paper, but you can't type the required (of course) address in the email field. You can't type ANYTHING there. :-|

Don't bother waisting your time downloading this app. Just go online with your web browser. Much simpler.Also TEC online bill paying sucks and needs to be fixed. Have to use 2 different accounts to pay bills and look at my usage. Annoying like their service.
