This app only offers a little more than the free booklet offers. There is little to no pricing information and hardly any listings for assisted living in the West valley, which would be Peoria, Youngtown, Sun City, Sun City West and Surprise. Pricing info is very important as most seniors are on a fixed income and it helps a person decide if it's worth even calling to take a tour.
