About this app

Tucker Merrihew, is a successful Real Estate entrepreneur and high-end luxury home builder, who got his start in the Real Estate business directly out of college at Willamette Mortgage as a Loan Officer back in 2003. He eventually left Willamette Mortgage and joined AmericaOne Finance where he became a top producing Loan Officer. In 2006, he then ventured out to start his own mortgage company, TTM Finance and then in 2008 started the company that is now widely recognized within the home building sector as an industry leader, TTM Development Company. Tucker began his real estate redevelopment company by renovating lower end homes and eventually moved up market into mid to higher-end homes. By 2010, he had begun building new construction homes, and in 2013 he became the youngest builder ever to build in the Street of Dreams. His Street of Dreams spec home sold for almost $2 Million as soon as the show was over, making TTM a widely recognized and desired brand for high end homebuyers throughout the Portland Metro area. Today, Tucker and TTM Development Company primarily build higher-end new construction homes throughout Lake Oswego and in other high-end neighborhoods around Portland. With Tucker’s professional history revolving around real estate, he has become a resident expert on the subject and plans to bring the best real estate information to listeners by way of the Portland Real Estate Podcast.
