The design is great but online orders are not filled in a timely manner. My order was not delivered for 90 minutes. When I called about the status of the order, it had already been 45 minutes and the order had not been started. The employee informed me that orders are received as notifications on the business owners mobile phone and if he isn't paying attention the order will not be filled. Like I said, the app is well designed, but it does not deserve a good rating untill orders are populated in the restaurant where on-site emotes can see and fill it without having to go through the vision essay owner's personal mobile phone.
