I've got gold membership and created a form. When I tested it was disappointed me. When my customers made choices, they haven't got reflected on the form. Only one of the three choises was on the form. I felt terrible.

The mobile & offline app allows users to fill out forms and manage entries without internet connectivity. The app is targeted especially towards agents who do field work in areas such as sales or constructions.

Core capabilities:
Users can view and fill out forms on their mobile device online and offline. Even while in offline mode, all form features (like the conditional dynamic behavior) are preserved.
While in offline mode, collected data is stored on the device. When internet connectivity is reached, all data is synced in the cloud.
