We have a pool of training requirements to help the skilled trainers to get connected with the institute. Trainer desk is an exclusive platform for trainers to connect with the potential training providers in their locality. We have the database from across India and in all three modes that is classroom, online and corporate which makes the institutes find their trainer easily.
Key Features for Trainers:
- Browse your required job through the site even without registration.
- Once you are fixed with your relevant job create an account with us to request for the particular job.
- My Profile- Complete your profile and set your desired notification preferences via sms, email or both.
- Trainers can apply up to any 10 jobs without admin’s approval.
- 10 credits will be added upon approval by the admin.
- My Training Skills- Update your skills with experience and mode of training. Attach the required certificates too if any.
- My Availability- Select your mode of training from Classroom, Online or Both along with your available days and timings.
- My Training Job- Search Job helps you to find all the jobs available in the database filtering by location, keyword and skills. For more filtered jobs use My Matching Jobs and apply to the institutes. You can view the jobs you have applied in Applied Job section.
- My Institutes- Search institutes and show a direct interest by sending enquiry. Mark your Favorite institute to access your desired institute faster. Find the list of institutes who has hired you under Hired institutes.
- Inbox-Communicate through inbox with admin and the institutes who has hired you.
- Review- Post your reviews for a particular institutes once you have completed your allocated training.
Key Features for Institutes:
- Institute Profile- You can view the profile of your institute along with the added skills.
- My Jobs- Post your requirement under Post a Job. Describe your criterions completely to get more trainers. Express your via Salary by Fixed, Percentage or Negotiable terms.
- You can view your active jobs and closed jobs separately. Jobs gets automatically closed after 30 days from the date of posting.
- Search Trainer- You can view the list of trainers available in the database under Search - Trainer and Hire them. You can filter them based on location, mode and skills.
- My Applications- My Matching trainer will get you filtered all the trainers according to your updated criteria. You can view the list of trainers who has given request directly and shown interest under Shown interest.
- Inbox-Communicate through inbox with admin and the trainers you have hired.
- Review- Post your reviews for a particular institutes once you have agreed to the completion of the Job posted.
