This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SALES COMPANION on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

SALES COMPANION is a mobile application where consumers can voice their complaints or provide suggestions and feedback for a company.

App is consist of 2 Interfaces:

1) End User (Medical Store Owner/HCPs)
2) Company Personnel or Distributor

The App is use by Medical Store Owner and Health Care Professionals to:
1) Place order
2) Complain about order delivery
3) Product feedback

The process is very simple and effective:
1) The User will Submit Complain/Feedback by entering text or upload voice or photo.
2) The complain/feedback directly send to Relevant Field Manager, Distributor personnel.
3) Hierarchy is set on back-end by City wise and Product Wise

After send, user prompt with Your Message Has Successfully Delivered.

At Company Personnel Level, the notification received with complete message along with Name, City and Business Name of Sender.
