About this app

RENTYC connects vehicles owners (“Owners”) with people who are seeking to hire those vehicles (“Renters”). We do this by providing an online platform that provides a way to organize bookings and payments (our "Services"). The online platform is available via the RENTYC website and as an application for mobile devices (together the "App"). By registering as a user of RENTYC on the website or mobile application, you agree with by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and RENTYC. Please also read our Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you may not use the Services. The Services provided through the App permits Owners to submit a posting for their vehicle/s and permit Customers to discover data for vehicles that are available for rental and to make rental bookings straightforward for Owners. RENTYC only acts as an intermediary to facilitate the rental of vehicles by Renters from Owners. RENTYC gives a way to organize bookings and payments for these arrangements. RENTYC does not provide car rental services and does not own or maintain any vehicles for this purpose unless explicitly stated. The contract for car rental is between the Owner and the Renter.
