Regardless of the "no Internet connection" error when I start the app, the payments aren't registered for 3 months although they were paid, and I even forget what was paid and what's not.. poor app. And no customer support chat available.

I've been in my apartment for over a year now and have sent multiple emails to your team asking you switch my profile from my old apartment to my new apartment, no response from you and I still have my old apartments profile on here.
