About this app

This app #inclusion mini is a free sample of the paid app #inclusion. The purpose of the app #inclusion is to support discussions on how workplaces can improve and achieve gender equality, diversity and inclusion. This sample app contains 5 discussion cards. The discussion cards are available in English, Swedish, German and Polish in the app. The #inclusion app contains 24 discussion cards focusing on gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The cards present facts and questions to prompt discussions about the way things are at your workplace. The material is based on research and practical experience from working with gender equality and diversity issues. The app has a main menus with four sections: the English version of the discussion cards, the Swedish version of the the discussion cards, the German version of the the discussion cards and the Polish version of the the discussion cards. Each sub section has a menu with three sections 1) Instructions: a card with instructions on how to use the discussion cards. 2) #inclusion mini: this is a "slide show" with 5 discussion cards and a "first page", the front page of the discussion card game. 3) Information where you can buy the paid app #inclusion and the physical card games #atourourworkplace #hurärdethososs #anUnseremArbeitsplatz and #unaswpracy.

#inclusion mini är ett smakprov på appen #inclusion. Appen #inclusion är ett konkret och praktiskt verktyg för diskussion om och utveckling av arbetsplatsers arbete med jämställdhet och mångfald. #inclusion mini innehåller 5 av de 25/24 diskussionskorten i #inclusion, på språken engelska, svenska, tyska och polska. Diskussionskorten tar upp fakta/information och ställer frågor så att ni kan diskutera ”hur är det hos oss?”. Materialet är baserat på forskning och erfarenheter av praktiskt arbete med jämställdhet och mångfald. Appen #inclusion mini har en huvudmeny med fyra undersektioner: den engelsk version av diskussionskorten, den svenska version av diskussionskorten, den tyska version av diskussionskorten och den polska version av diskussionskorten. Varje undersektion av appen har en meny med tre delar: 1) Instruktion: ett kort med en beskrivning av hur diskussionskorten kan användas. 2) #inclusion mini: det är en "slideshow" med 6 bilder av diskussionskorten. Den första bilden är framsidan på kortleken och därefter följer 5 diskussionskort.
