Utter Rubbish. Yet again I cannot gain access to this god dam app. Its now going to be another afternoon at work spent trying to gain access to this site for the millionth time this Year alone. Not sure why the NHS bother using this, the old system they used was brilliant never had any issues like this. Yes you may guess from this I'm totally fed up of My ESR

Once again a app thats supposed to help or make life "easier" does not. We are supposed to access our learning on here..but can't. Takes ages to load..or does not load at all. Yet here we are with the powers that be asking where our training is has it been updated? You go on the app...it doesn't deliver. Only other option is go into the main hospital...during a Covid pandemic. Terrible.

Pathetic excuse for an app which doesn't work properly. The website is even more unfit for purpose. Its just about impossible to figure out how to get to e-learning. Then when you finally get to do a test half the time you have to do it about 3 times because the crappy system fails to recognise you passed.

Not totally sure the point of the app when you can just book the ESR website in your broswer and access it that way. I am sure if the funcationality of ESR was built into the app this would make it more relevant. It would have been more useful to have access to parts of our Trust Intranet instead, but hayho, I am sure as a book-marking system there is some value here,

Was working fine til last week.... now wont let me access payslips... reset password, but wants my email addy... which it not accepting!! Some1 at ESR needs to sort it out!! Glad it not just me having issues!!

It's useless I always have issue accessing my payslip, even though I saved my password in my browser and I know my user number, my password and my email but it keeps telling me you have to contact your administrator. I think they should consider sending our payslips through Emails.
