Nonstop bugs and crashes. Installing and reinstalling used to help but now all my staff writes things on paper like it's 1985. Currently searching for a better company for inventory and recipies.

You need to install an autosave feature for stock counts. It is also too easy to accidentally leave a count while doing one. Cold hands and touchscreens dont mix well. Add another 'are you sure you wish to leave this count' check before you're able too. Everyone I know who uses this app across our venues have all at some point lost counts/ parts of counts

I couldn't find how to cancel my subscription on their website, so I sent an email to the helpdesk. Helpdesk asked for a reason and I provided a reason. Helpdesk forwarded to other person and asked again why I wanted to cancel subscription and told me to schedule a call with him to cancel. I should not have to schedule a call to cancel. An email should be sufficient.
