While dineout is a growing name in restaurant reservation space their ITES is just very poor. The app, the desktop website and the team support are much below par. It's impossible for restaurants to raise any issue. Neither can dineout be reached through online means nor through any account manager. It's just too sad to experience such poor service by those who have service as their entire business line.
