The app connects home owners with top notch home inspectors, home appraisers, home repair technicians, and other home professionals so that they don’t have to spend hours finding reputable home professionals online or verifying their quality of work.
HomesRunner aims to solve two needs within the real estate industry for home buying and home repair services:
1) To quickly find and connect potential and new home buyers with top home inspectors, home appraisers, and other homebuying specialists nearby by utilizing the power of technology to eliminate the need for having to search, find, or call them.
2) To quickly find and connect new and existing homeowners with top notch home repair technicians to help resolve urgent home requests such as electrical, plumbing, painting, cleaning, moving, and other home repairs issues.
HomesRunner provide value to our customer and is better than our competitors in the following ways:
1. We provide extensive background checks on all our service providers.
We take pride in finding reputable professionals by conducting extensive background checks on all our service providers and making sure they don’t have any criminal records that might endanger our homeowners in any way, shape, or form.
2. We have an easy to navigate and highly intuitive user interface that takes less than a minute to find service providers and book appointments.
We created a fast, easy, and intuitive user experience for customers to easily find, evaluate, and book top notch service providers with a few clicks of a button. The current execution time (time users spend on the app from logging in to booking a service) is 45 seconds unlike our competitors where it takes close to 3 minutes to book a service.
3. We have an innovative and advanced AI system for matching customers to the best service providers in the area based on highest ratings, best price, and closest distance.
We have an AI that queries user profile, location, and service requested and provide users with the best service providers with the highest ratings and closest distance. Our competitors don't have this feature and requires user to scroll through a list of service providers before finding the right one.
4. We have an innovative new Bidding process to find cost-effective service providers that meets our customers budget needs and timing requirements.
We created a bidding process so that users who are price conscious can create bids to find the best service providers and also save money. None of our competitors have this feature and this makes HomesRunner stands out from the crowd as we can provide services to cost- conscious users and allow them to pick the best service provider with the best price that meets their home servicing needs and requirements.
5. We provide an "on-demand" service for customers who have a housing emergency and need to find qualified technicians as soon as possible.
Users can also request “on demand” services for individuals who need a service immediately and can’t wait to schedule an appointment with a service provider. Our competitors do not have an “on demand” service request functionality and users must schedule an appointment with a service provider.
6. We offer a 24/7 around the clock service and have many service providers who works evenings and overnights unlike our competitors where most service providers stop working at 5:30pm.
HomesRunner also offers 24 hours around the clock service to our customers as we have strategically partnered with service providers that can provide emergency services when most of our competition service providers are unavailable. We have secured qualified service providers that are able to provide home services from 10pm until 6am to cover all our shifts for potential service requests.
