Horrible service support! Bought a smart plug and Spike strip. Both are not working now. They don't reply to whatsapp service chat or emails. Very disappointed. Replace the plug or ill throw it out!

Don't even try. This is the best example even if we try to go 100% local products, we are far from ready. The app is a joke. Keeps crashing, can't connect to 2.4 GHz, no support from the company. In one word pathetic.
